Working Student in Tax (m/w/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Supporting in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual VAT returns and EC Sales’ lists for Group entities registered in Germany, Austria, UK, Switzerland and Poland
• Supporting in preparation of annual corporate and trade tax declaration in Germany and Austria
• Supporting in preparation of yearly tax provisions and tax packages for the year-end closing for IFRS and statutory reasons
• Assisting in responding to tax auditors’ requests or preparation of relevant data
• Creating divergence reports between VAT and Intrastat reporting
• Preparation of tax related booking and monitoring and reconciling tax related accounts
• Support of group/local tax projects
• Assisting in preparation of internal tax related guidance’s

YOUR PROFILE

• Studying for Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Economics, Finance or Tax
• Theoretical knowledge of European tax laws and eager to learn tax laws (VAT, CIT, Transfer Pricing) of different European jurisdictions
• First working experience, preferably in consulting companies or industry
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (in particular MS Excel); SAP experiences are a plus
• Fluent in English (written and oral); German language skills are beneficial
• Team player, strong communication skills, high level of self-organization and ability to work under pressure whilst committing to deadlines
• Working hours: max. 20 hours/week during the study-time and opportunity to work more hours during study-free time
