Join our Industrial Automation sector, on the IMI Graduate Programme in Germany, Bahr, and gain unique commercial experience. In this role, you’ll make an impact on our business growth and working on initiatives to help drive our commercial strategy forward. By the end of the programme, you’ll have all the skills needed to grow in your commercial career. You’ll spend two years running and supporting in several areas, on tasks including:

Researching and identifying key target customers in strategic markets
Working with our Product Marketing team to develop ‚market capsules‘ that provide high-level summaries of specific market segments
Coordinating meetings with the Business Development team to drive projects

What you need

You will need a bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business / Sales / Marketing / Finance / Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical). We’d also like to see some key qualities in our candidates, including:
A fresh, innovative approach Open to new and varied experiences
Excellent organisation with the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
Positive approach
and drive to develop
Fluent in written and spoken local language
Must be a German Citizen, a permanent resident or hold a current work visa

Our programme offers the opportunity to work across multiple locations, depending upon business need, which means you may need to relocate. This could be within the country you’re applying for, sometimes it may be to another country.
