Join our Life Science & Fluid Technology sector, on the IMI Graduate Programme in Buschjost, Germany, as an operations lead/business improvement specialist and gain unique operations experience. In this role, you’ll make an impact on our business growth and will work on initiatives to help drive our operations strategy forward By the end of the programme, you’ll have all the skills needed to grow in your operations career. Spend two years running and supporting in several areas, on tasks including:
Supporting operations on its LEAN journey through practice, training, and facilitation
Driving continuous improvement in productivity, efficiency, and quality
Collaborating with key process owners across the organization to plan, lead, and implement strategic business improvement processes, policies, and procedures.
Leading problem solving activities in manufacturing operations to quickly identify and permanently resolve quality and productivity issues
Acting as a champion in the development, implementation, and sustaining of various continuous improvement projects and initiatives
What you need
You will need a bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent) in manufacturing engineering or supply chain. We’d also like to see some key qualities in our candidates, including:
A fresh, innovative approach Open to new and varied experiences
Excellent organisation with the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
Positive approach
and drive to develop
Fluent in written and spoken local language
Must be a German Citizen, a permanent resident or hold a current work visa
