Marketing intern – 6 months

6-month end-of-studies internship in Marketing, based in Luxembourg

Odysseus Space is looking for a full-time Marketing intern who will join our headquarters in Luxembourg. This is a 6‑month internship with the possibility of transitioning to a full‑time position based on performance and company needs. Fluency in English is required for the position.

About us

Odysseus Space opened in Luxembourg in 2019 and is developing its Cyclops™ laser communication solution to bring lightspeed connectivity from space to ground. Starting from Low Earth Orbit, the company aims at connecting any point in the Solar System to the Earth.

As we continue to grow, we are expanding our market presence and strengthening our brand. We are looking for a structured, proactive, and autonomous professional who can take ownership of all marketing activities for the company.

 

Qualifications

 

·         Currently enrolled in a Master’s Degree in Marketing, or an equivalent relevant program.

·         Is an outstanding verbal and written communicator in English, with great interpersonal skills. Any other language is an asset.

·         Hands‑on experience producing social media and/or website content, as well as digital and physical marketing materials.

·         Proficiency with design and content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar.

·         Experience with video editing and photography is valued.

·         Willingness to travel for work, based on company needs.

·         Soft skills which are valued: creativity, autonomy, reliability, proactivity, well-organized, and attention to detail.

·         Enjoys working in a dynamic, international, and fast-growing space startup environment.

 

Responsibilities

 

·         Act as community manager for the company: management of social media and website publications, press releases, marketing campaigns, with the aim of maximising engagement and generating inbounds leads.

·         Organize travel logistics and booth arrangements for company conferences, and participate in these events to represent the company’s interests.

·         Design of company-branded materials: website, pitch decks, SWAGs. Management of related suppliers.

·         Take ownership of deliverables and manage your own workload.

·         Coordinate projects with technical teams, management, and external partners.

·         Support sales and business development efforts.
