Your Mission

We are currently seeking a Working Student – Content and Communications to join our Marketing and Communications Team at osapiens. As a working student, you will have the opportunity to contribute to and enhance our communication and content efforts within a growing international organization. This role is perfect for a proactive and enthusiastic student eager to gain hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and corporate communications, with a focus on our sustainability and ESG initiatives.

You will assist in the creation of content for both internal and external communication channels, supporting our social media presence and sustainability efforts.
You’ll be involved in developing and executing communication strategies that highlight our company’s values, particularly in ESG, and help engage a global audience through diverse platforms.

Your Responsibilities

Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content for various communication channels, including social media posts, graphics, blog content, newsletters, and ESG reports.
Social Media Management: Support the development and execution of social media strategies, particularly for platforms like LinkedIn, to promote our sustainability and ESG efforts, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement across markets.
Community Management: Monitor and interact with our social media audience, responding to comments, messages, and feedback in a timely, professional manner.
Content Strategy & Support: Assist in the development and execution of content strategies that promote the company’s ESG initiatives and enhance internal and external communications.
Research & Analysis: Conduct research to identify trends and gather relevant insights to inform social media strategies. Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest improvements for engagement and content impact.
Internal Communications: Help maintain and update content on internal communication platforms, ensuring it is engaging, accurate, and aligned with the company’s mission and values.
Collaboration: Work closely with various teams to gather information, support content creation, and ensure alignment with our brand and sustainability objectives.
Ad-Hoc Projects: Provide support for any additional communications projects and internal events related to ESG and corporate sustainability.
Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining the social media calendar, preparing reports and presentations, and managing content within our content management systems.

Your Experience

• Currently enrolled in a university program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently and quickly adapt to new tools and platforms.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• A keen interest and passion for ESG, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and social media strategies.
• Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and an understanding of how to leverage them to build a brand and engage audiences.
• Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
