What you’ll do

The Business Transformation & Architecture (BT&A) team in the MEE-region (Middle and Eastern Europe) is hiring a working student (f/m/d) to support with the following tasks and special projects:

Support for internal and external communication (Newsletters, Blog Articles, SAP News Center etc. …): Coordination with the authors and external agencies
Support for upcoming special projects, campaigns, and events: e. g. Ordering print products from the in-house print shop
Maintaining the intranet web presence with a content management system (Microsoft SharePoint)
Support in the creation and adaptation of marketing documents and presentations, adhering to the SAP Corporate Identity and Brand Guidelines
Taking responsibility for self-created concepts and projects
Organization of internal events and workshops of the BT&A MEE Communications team
Administrative support for BT&A MEE Communications team
Creative tasks such as image and video editing (depending on personal interests and previous experience)
Preferred start date: September-1st 2025

What you bring

Student (f/m/d) – preferred major(s): business administration, international business management, economics, marketing, communication, media management, social studies or similar
First experience and previous knowledge from other marketing or sales departments
Strength in analytical and strategic thinking or in creative work
Computer skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Experience with content management systems (e. g. MS SharePoint is a plus)
Language skills: Fluent in English, German B2/C1
Soft Skills: Feel comfortable working in a dynamic environment
Obligatory: Reliability, independent, flexible, and goal-oriented work
