SAP’s global Corporate Sustainability Team is on a mission to transform SAP into a role model of a responsible business to drive business success, avoid harm, and create positive impact for people and the planet. The team strategically leads SAP’s sustainability efforts and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to further embed sustainability into SAP’s corporate strategy and everything we do. This means identifying and acting on key impacts, risks, and opportunities in line with science, shaping SAP decision-making to consider sustainability, and leading environmental and human rights initiatives. What you’ll build
- Contribute to the implementation of SAP’s environmental management system (ISO 14001) and collaborate with teams at 45 SAP sites worldwide
- Research and derive conclusions on new environmental topics
- Aggregate and analyze environmental data
- Create sustainability content for internal communication, documentation and best-practice sharing
- Be an active member of our international team and support sustainability initiatives
When & where
- Expected start date: February / March 2026
- Working time: Part-time at least 8h and up to 20h per week for 6 months or longer, flexible working times in alignment with your university schedule
- Location: Walldorf (partially working from home possible within Germany)
What you bring
You are a currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences:
- Preferred fields of study: Business administration, Environmental sciences, sustainability or related fields
- IT skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (esp. MS Excel and PowerPoint)
- Language skills: Excellent English and German skills, both written and spoken
- Desired skills: High attention to detail and structured way of working, good analytical and communication skills, proactiveness
